Frequently Asked Questions

What mediums can be used for printing my print?

Prints can be ordered as unframed Premium Fine Art Archival Paper or Premium Fine Art Archival canvas, gallery wrapped.  Gallery Wrap provides printing as well as stretching the canvas around stretcher bars and finished off by making it ready to hang.  Gallery Wrap with canvas is the option that most individuals purchase.

Unframed paper prints come in standard sizes as much as possible so that a ready-made frame can be purchased at most art supply stores. Sizes other than ready-made sizes will require custom framing.  Gallery Wrapped, canvas prints come ready to hang.  You can customize it further by adding an outer frame, but that will require using a custom frame shop.

Are Professional discounts available?

Return Policy?

It is important to me that I offer “100% satisfaction guaranteed.”  If you decide that the print does not meet with your satisfaction, it must be returned within 2 business days from the date of delivery, with shipping at your expense.  If your print arrives damaged, you will need to contact me within two days of delivery – (239) 223-6824.  I will need to receive from you 1) an image of both the damaged container and 2) the damaged print.  When I receive these two images and it is determined that it has been damaged by the shipping carrier, I will happily refund you the full amount of the purchase.  Please note that if a claim has been made with shipping carrier, the carrier will most likely want to come and pick up both print and container for their further inspection.  Return shipping of a damaged print will be at my expense.

I offer free shipping within the United States.  The use of a tube or flat box will be determined by whether you purchase an “unframed print” or a “canvas gallery wrapped” print.
